Ercros informs about the purchase of 44,193 treasury shares
The Company informs that, under the sixth program for the repurchase of treasury shares to be redeemed, during April 26, 2022 has carried out the purchase of 44,193 treasury shares.
From March 1, 2021 to April 26, 2022, under the fifth and sixth programs for the repurchase of treasury shares, the Company has disbursed 13,266 thousand euros, amount that completes expected payout charged to 2021 profit. Currently, the Company holds 4,372,048 treasury shares to be redeemed, equivalent to 4.33% of share capital.
