Speech of the chairman in the ordinary meeting of shareholders 2022
We face 2022 with the firm hope of improving on the achievements of the previous year. We are aware of the existence and potential effects of the risks that today condition industrial activity in the world and, in particular, in Europe, but we are confident that we can manage them satisfactorily as we have done in similar situations in the past. And we do not forget that, even with these risks and the uncertainty associated with them, we will have to undertake important actions to adapt the company to compliance with the sustainability objectives set by the European Union. Our answer is the 3D Plan. We want to make Ercros a sustainable company prepared to face the future in the best possible conditions.
