As part of the seventh treasury share purchase programmes, on 07-24-2023 it was registered the reduction of its share capital as shown in the table below.
The purchase of the amortization of shares took place between 2022 and 2023 against the profit for the year 2022.

As part of the fifth and sixth treasury share buyback programmes, the reduction in Ercros' share capital was recorded on 11-07-2022 as shown in the table below.
The purchase of the redeemed shares took place between 2021 and 2022 against the profit for the year 2021.
