Ercros have paid out more than 114 million in shareholder remuneration
Since Ercros launched its shareholder remuneration policy in 2016 until 2022, it has paid out 114.4 million euros, of which 43.2 million euros have been allocated to dividend payments and the remaining 71.2 million euros to the purchase of treasury shares.
The board of directors on 04-25-2024 proposed allocating 8.8 million euros to the dividend payment, 32.7% of the 2023 profit.

In 2020, due to the negative impact of covid-19 on Ercros' business, one of the conditions set out in the shareholder remuneration policy was not met, which is why it was not possible to distribute a dividend or buy back treasury shares to be amortised against the profit for the year.
